Care Worker

Responsibilities
As a Care Worker, you will:
- Deliver personalised care to clients based on their individual care plans.
- Assist clients with daily tasks such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health status.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and family members regarding client care.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients.
Skills/Experience
- Be compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving others’ quality of life.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Be reliable and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
Qualifications
While previous experience in care work and certifications such as the Care Certificate and NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care are advantageous, they are not strictly required. We believe that the right qualities, such as compassion and commitment, are the most important aspects of a good Care Worker. Therefore, we welcome candidates with no prior experience but possess these qualities. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the skills needed for the role.
